Download Limitations Exceeded??

First let me say that I'm an adult beginner, I've been looking around for a while and Fundamental Keys videos is exactly what I've been looking for.

The problem is I bought videos 02, 03, 04 and 05 and I was only allowed to download videos 02 and 05 due to Download Limitations.

I was using Fox Fire and clicked all four in succession. I noticed that 03 and 04 were only downloading PHP files. Well I re-clicked and re-clicked a few more times and nothing. I didn't realize the download limitations until I switched to my Explorer browser.

Is there anyway to reset the downloads without repurchase? Or do I have to buy these videos again?

Hi Halio,

I have reset your download attempts so that you can try again. The system is set up to only allow 3 downloads per video, and the records show that you used up all 3 tries. I'm not sure what trouble you may be having as I've tested the download system on Firefox and Internet Explorer with no problems. Please make sure that when you click on a video, that you give it time to download completely before closing down your browser. These videos are high quality and can take as much as 20 minutes each to download. Also make sure you know where on your computer the videos are being saved to so you can access them afterward.

So, please try again, and if you have any trouble, please post here describing the problem as fully as possible.

Oh, and please note that you seem to have bought videos 02, 03, 04, and 06 ... you missed 05.

Wow, quick reply! I figured i wouldn't get a response for a while. I was able to download 3 and 4 without a problem. And I went on and downloaded the rest of your videos as well.....including 5. Although the Video 10 doesn't show up on my Client Download Area for some reason. There's videos 2-9 and no 10.

Considering everything i am please with the videos. I like the fact i can drop them right to my Ipod and walk around with a piano teacher in my pocket. My LK book wont be here for a week so i'll have to wait. But i am happy with the content so far.

Very glad you are happy! I get an email whenever anyone posts on my forum. If it's an issue for someone who has made a purchase, I try to get to it immediately.

It seems the software I am using for the download system might be slightly buggy because while I see in my PayPal account that you paid for video 10, the system didn't register that. I created the record manually, so you should now see it listed in your download area.

I have a friend who plays guitar and has ran into the download limitation problem and I know sometimes, software tends to have bugs here and there. But it’s the fixing it that’s the problem and not having a human interface to contact and resolve any issues.

There are Highly “Rated” and “TopTen 2010” reviewed piano software out there that don’t even work on Vista. No patches, No Updated downloads, no anything! Only thing you get is try a “windows update”

I downloaded the first set of FK videos, opened them up in my iTunes. And had them playing in my iPod in a matter of minutes. And that’s great for a person like my trying GET music theory. I can go over and over and pick up things I may not get just from printed material alone.

Anyway, I’ve been flipping through the pages and I can’t wait till the book gets here. FK, seems very comfortable and more user-friendly than the stuff I have and seen and used. Those videos are great; you have a very non-intimidating style that’s very calm, easy to understand but still resonates loudly and clearly. Thanks!!!
